Pickup starts 30 minutes after the ship receives clearance to disembark.
- From Amber Cove: Walk to the designated taxi area inside the port. Look for the team (Gaby, Alfre, or Rufo) wearing BRIGHT GREEN SHIRTS.
- From Taino Bay: Go to the taxi area inside the port near Gate 5. Ask for Gaby or Alfre.
- From Hotels: Please be ready in the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Note: We highly recommend having WhatsApp installed on your phone for real-time communication. If you cannot find us, please ask the port staff for "Gaby or Alfre from the Green Shirt team.
