You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Complimentary pickup is available from hotels, vacation rentals, private residences, and Liberia International Airport (LIR) within Guanacaste Province. Your Local Experience Host will contact you 1–2 days before your tour via WhatsApp to confirm the exact pickup time and location. Please wait in your hotel lobby, the main entrance of your accommodation, or at the agreed meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you are arriving at Liberia International Airport (LIR), your driver will meet you outside the Arrivals area after contacting you.

If you do not require hotel pickup, please meet your Local Experience Host outside the main arrivals terminal at Liberia International Airport (LIR). Your host will contact you 1–2 days before your experience with the exact meeting instructions and vehicle details.

Within 24–48 hours of your booking, your dedicated Local Experience Host will personally reach out to learn about your interests, travel style, and the kind of day you’d love to create.

Based on your preferences, we’ll thoughtfully design a personalized itinerary with carefully selected locations, hidden gems, scenic routes, and flexible alternatives.

On the day of your experience, you’ll be welcomed in a private, comfortable vehicle stocked with complimentary refreshments and local snacks. From there, your day unfolds entirely at your pace. Spend more time where you fall in love with a place, make spontaneous stops, or change plans along the way—your itinerary is designed to adapt to you.

More than transportation, this is a fully personalized private experience created around you from beginning to end.
