Meeting and pickup
For Heathrow Airport pickups: your chauffeur will monitor your flight and meet you in the arrivals hall after baggage collection, holding a name board with the lead traveler’s name.
For London hotel/accommodation pickups: your chauffeur will meet you at the confirmed pickup address at the scheduled time. Chauffeur contact and meeting details will be provided before pickup.
What to expect
FOR HEATHROW AIRPORT PICKUPS, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS WHEN BOOKING. We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup according to the actual landing time. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a NAME BOARD DISPLAYING THE LEAD TRAVELER’S NAME.
Please allow sufficient time for IMMIGRATION, BAGGAGE COLLECTION AND CUSTOMS when selecting your pickup time.
MEET & GREET AND 30 MINUTES COMPLIMENTARY WAITING TIME ARE INCLUDED FOR AIRPORT PICKUPS. After the complimentary period, additional waiting is charged at £5 PER 15 MINUTES, plus any additional parking charges where applicable.
For London hotel/local pickups, 15 MINUTES COMPLIMENTARY WAITING TIME is included.
Your chauffeur will assist with luggage and provide a PRIVATE DIRECT TRANSFER to the destination address provided with the booking.
LUGGAGE GUIDE:
1 LARGE SUITCASE: Maximum 20kg / approx. 75 × 51 × 28cm
1 SMALL/CABIN BAG: Maximum 10kg / approx. 55 × 40 × 20cm
