What to expect
After booking, travellers provide their transfer direction, flight number, arrival or departure time, contact number, pickup location, drop-off location, number of passengers and luggage details.
Step 2 — Pickup confirmation
The operator confirms the exact pickup time, pickup location and vehicle details before the scheduled transfer.
Step 3 — Meet the driver
For airport arrivals, the driver waits inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead traveller’s name. For Tangalle departures, the driver meets travellers at their hotel, villa or accommodation.
Step 4 — Luggage assistance
The driver welcomes the travellers and assists with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
Step 5 — Private transfer
Travel directly between Bandaranaike International Airport and Tangalle in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. The journey normally takes approximately 3–4 hours, depending on traffic.
Step 6 — Drop-off
Travellers are dropped directly at their Tangalle accommodation or the correct departure area at Bandaranaike International Airport. The driver assists with unloading the luggage.
