With the help of your guide you will have a hands-on experience of the Mexican cuisine with a local family while you learn more about Norteno culture and enjoy delicious and different flavors to the rest of Mexico.

What to expect
We will meet outside a mall close to the city center to then head to a local house where we will live a local experience of Northern Mexico's cuisine. We'll learn about the importance of corn in Mexican culture and flour tortillas in the northern region while we learn to make them before we enjoy them with a delicious regional meal.
