Join us - sometimes including one of our Golden Retriever tour guides - for an exploration of the top of the historic Royal Mile here in Edinburgh.
The tour begins in Makars’ Court where we learn a bit about some Scottish literary legends. We then head to the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade with stories of sieges and battles, kings and queens, as well as some mysteries. As we make our way down Castlehill, you will be enthralled with the lives of witches and wizards. Afterwards, be amazed by the tales and views of the picturesque Victoria Street. We next mingle with the locals, both past and present, at the Grassmarket.
Finally, we make our way up to Greyfriars Bobby's statue, where more history awaits us. Here, you meet our best friend in Edinburgh - Greyfriars Bobby. We separate the fiction and falsehoods from the facts, but we promise that you will be moved as Bobby's story will imprint on your heart and soul!
