Your experience begins with a visit to a traditional local market (morning class only), where you will discover fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, and other ingredients used in Balinese cuisine. Continue with a walk through an organic garden and learn about the local plants and herbs used in traditional cooking.
Guided by a friendly English-speaking Balinese instructor, you will prepare a selection of authentic dishes using fresh local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. After the cooking session, relax and enjoy the delicious meal you have prepared. With a maximum of six participants, this small-group experience is ideal for couples, families, and travelers looking for a genuine Balinese culinary and cultural experience.
