During this one-hour session, our English-speaking guide will introduce the basics of sake, including how it is made, the differences between major styles, and how to recognize aromas, sweetness, acidity, and umami. Rather than focusing on technical details, we keep the explanations simple, interactive, and easy to understand.
Light Japanese snacks are served to complement the tasting, and you'll receive original English sake guide to take home. By the end of the experience, you'll know which styles of sake match your taste and feel confident ordering sake throughout your journey in Japan.
