You'll tour our distillery floor to see firsthand how traditional copper pot stills shape raw spirit, taste raw "white dog", and dive into a curated tasting flight exploring mash bills, barrel maturation, and bourbon history.

This experience includes an in-depth distillery walkthrough focused on copper pot stills, mash preparation, and small-batch distillation cuts. Sample raw, unaged “White Dog” distillate straight from the pot still to discover how oak aging transforms a clear spirit into rich bourbon. Enjoy a curated three-bourbon flight featuring Old Alker 7 Year Single Barrel Straight Bourbon, Old Alker Small Batch Reserve Bourbon, and Old Alker 7 Year Cask Strength Straight Bourbon, with a guided sensory breakdown of each expression’s nose, palate, and finish. You’ll also learn how to use the Bourbon Flavor Wheel to identify notes such as caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spice.
