Please arrive at your pickup location 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your guide or driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before the experience, so please provide an active phone number and WhatsApp contact when booking. If you are staying at a hotel or guesthouse, you may request hotel pickup in advance. For airport pickups, please provide your flight number and arrival time before travel. If your pickup location changes, notify the local operator as early as possible. When meeting your guide or driver, have your booking confirmation or reservation details ready for verification. It is recommended that you keep your phone charged so you can be contacted easily on the day of your experience. Pickup and drop-off arrangements may vary depending on the selected package and location.
Meet your guide at Independence Square (Black Star Square) in Accra. Look for the Black Star Gate and Independence Arch, two easy-to-spot landmarks near the coast. Please arrive on time, as your guide will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point and time.
