Your morning begins in Xochimilco, in the Cuemanco Embarcadero, where you board your kayak and paddle through the ancestral canals of this UNESCO Heritage site. With the first lights of day, you navigate among chinampas while watching herons, ducks, water hens, among other species in their environment and nature. You arrive at Laguna Tlilac to watch the sunset, a moment of absolute peace, impossible to find on the usual trajinera routes.

After the tour, you disembark at the Chinampa Onkali, the floating orchard of the family where they grow traditional ingredients. Enjoy a handmade regional breakfast: pot coffee, coconuts, quesadillas, sopes, gorditas and tlacoyos. Also in the chinampa you will have the experience of seeing, knowing and knowing of the ajolote, critically endangered endemic amphibian of Xochimilco.
