Every tour is different!

No scripts, just Bari, you and me. Focaccia barese, panzerotti, OCTOPUS SANDWICH, gelato or coffee, and a rotating secret dish among: orecchiette, burrata, deepfried polenta, parmigiana and frittelle!
Meet your tour leader (ehy, it's me!) in the heart of Bari and set off on a slow-paced culinary journey that bypasses commercial tourist traps.

Sample the generational family-run kitchens: NO BIG PORTIONS BUT A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING.

We will tear into scorching focaccia straight from ancient wood-fired ovens, share a premium spread of fresh burrata, capocollo and local wine inside a historic salumeria, visit Octopus Alley, Orecchiette street and have some, and finish with the sacred daily ritual of artisanal gelato or a perfectly brewed caffè.

We will strictly avoid food waste, support local food recovery efforts and recycle at every possible occasion.
