This is not a call centre with subcontracted drivers - I am the owner and I drive you myself. You travel privately in my own black Mercedes-Benz V-Class, with no other passengers and no fixed schedule. I live in Ljubljana and know the roads, the border crossings and the seasonal traffic, so I plan every route to avoid the queues rather than sit in them. I speak English, Slovene, Ukrainian and Russian, and I confirm every detail with you by WhatsApp before the trip. The price is fixed per vehicle and agreed in advance - tolls, vignettes and parking are already included, and nothing is added at the end.

At Ljubljana Airport I wait in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Flight delays are monitored, so there is no need to worry if you land late. Free waiting time is 90 minutes at the airport and 30 minutes at all other locations.

What to expect

1. Booking. After you book, I contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your pickup address and time. Please share your phone number and flight number when booking.

2. Day before. I send you a message with the plate number of the vehicle and confirm the exact pickup time.

3. Pickup. I arrive up to 15 minutes early. At the airport I wait in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Flight delays are monitored, so there is no need to worry if you land late. Free waiting time is 90 minutes at the airport and 30 minutes at all other locations.

4. The drive. A private, direct transfer in a black Mercedes-Benz V-Class for up to 5 passengers. No other passengers share the vehicle. Bottled water, phone chargers, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included. Child seats are available free of charge — just tell me the ages when booking. If you would like a short photo stop along the way, just ask.

5. Drop-off. Door to door, directly at your address. I help with the luggage.
