Pickup details:

Enjoy a private roundtrip transfer, exclusive to your group, from your accommodation to the balloonport of your choice in the Teotihuacan area. You will not share the vehicle with other travelers.
Pick-up will take place at the accommodation indicated by travelers and will be coordinated according to the schedule confirmed by the balloon flight operator. In order to arrange the service correctly, the traveler must book and pay directly for the flight with the operator of their choice and provide in advance the name and exact location of the balloonport.
As part of the experience, you will be able to request optional stops according to the flight schedule and route coordination. You can choose a stop at the restaurant La Gruta for breakfast or a visit to the pyramids of Teotihuacán for a free and autonomous exploration, without a face-to-face archaeological guide. These options should be requested and coordinated in advance, as they will depend on the timetable and duration of the balloon activity.
At the end of the flight and the optional stops you have chosen, the private transfer will return to your group to the same accommodation or pick-up point. Return time may vary depending on the flight operator’s schedule, stop time and traffic conditions.
Balloon flight, breakfast at La Gruta, food and entrance fees to the archaeological site of Teotihuacan are not included. Experience includes private roundtrip transportation and coordination of transfer with flight schedule

    Travelers will be picked up privately at the lobby, main entrance or agreed point of their hotel or accommodation in Mexico City. The exact pick-up time will be coordinated by WhatsApp according to the confirmed schedule of the balloon operator. The driver will assist with boarding and reasonable luggage before initiating the transfer to the selected balloonport.
