This is a tour for those who want to discover the best of Porto. An authentic introduction to the city: through 3,000 years of history, from the main places to the lesser-known streets, with many local tips you won't find in the guides.
We will pass through the heart of Porto among churches covered in azulejos, squares, alleys, and panoramic viewpoints, from the Clérigos Tower to São Bento station, up to the Cathedral and the Luís I Bridge.
You will discover how Porto has changed over time, why the city has such a particular character, what stories are hidden behind the most famous places, and how to better understand what surrounds you as you continue to explore it in the coming days.
During the journey there will be space for questions, photographs, and tips on restaurants, local specialties, and places to discover in the following days.

We stop in front of one of the most famous bookstores in the world to discover its history, architecture, and the curiosities hidden behind its enormous popularity. The visit is external.

Igreja do Carmo (Pass by)
Two adjacent churches, a spectacular wall of azulejos and one of the most peculiar architectural curiosities of Porto. Here we will also talk about the tiny house hidden between the two buildings and we will enter one of the two churches.

Torre dos Clerigos (Pass by)
One of the symbols of the Porto skyline. From the outside we will discover the history of the Clerigos and observe how this tower has become a landmark of the city for centuries.

Sao Bento Railway Station (Pass by)
We enter the famous São Bento station to observe its grand hall decorated with azulejos and discover the Portuguese stories represented on its walls.

Catedral do Porto (Pass by)
We arrive in the Cathedral area, one of the best places to read the origins and evolution of Porto. Through ancient alleys and views of the city, we arrive in the heart of its historic center. Exterior visit of the Cathedral.

We conclude with one of Porto's most iconic symbols. From the bridge we see the Douro, Ribeira, and Vila Nova de Gaia, telling why this structure has become one of the most recognizable elements of the city.
