Experience a traditional Ayurvedic Marma Point treatment designed to promote deep relaxation and mindful body awareness. Your practitioner will work with gentle, slow, coordinated strokes and focused pressure on selected Marma points, traditionally described in the classical Sushruta Samhita. The treatment follows a calm, personalized approach based on your needs and concludes with focused work around the head and crown, followed by quiet relaxation before you slowly return to your day.
