  You will discover the Capital city of Armenia, Yerevan which has a 2801year-old history. Firstly, you will pay a visit to the Genocide Memorial Complex which is dedicated to the memory of the 1.5 million Armenians who perished in the first genocide of the 20th century.

  Victory Park and Statue of Mother Armenia

  Then you will take the way to Victory Park to see the statue of Mother Armenia. The statue is seen from almost all parts of the city and it seems Mother Armenia is guarding all Armenians. Mother Armenia is the female personification of Armenia that is always ready to protect its people. It symbolizes peace and strength at the same time.

  Our Yerevan is considered to be a ‘pink city’ and ‘the city of the Sun’. You will see the truth of these ideas while roaming in Victory Park and walking down the Cascade Complex which is a huge staircase and an open-air museum for Cafesjian Centre of the Art.

  Then visit Magerian Carpet Factory where you will see thousands of carpets. All different, and all unique. Then you will have a short drive to Gum Market. Getting there, you will savour the special flavours and colours of Armenian fruits, foods, etc.
