What to expect

Once booked, a confirmation Whatsapp will be sent to the traveler introducing RideOnTime. One week before the trip a confirmation Whatsapp will be sent. One day before the trip a confirmation Whatsapp will be sent, introducing the driver allocated to the trip. Collection confirmation will include whether this will take place at the "Drop and Go" zone or if the driver will be at the arrival gate with a name board. The driver will assist with loading luggage (or bicycles) if required. Parents will remain responsible for securing their children in the car seats. Cyclists remain responsible for securing their bicycles on the trailer. After greeting and settling the travelers, the driver will offer complimentary water and snacks. Points of Interest and Landmarks will be highlighted by the driver where applicable. The driver will take the most direct and safest route to the destination. The driver will confirm when he is nearing the destination to ensure that travelers have sufficient time to gather their belongings before leaving the vehicle. Where necessary the driver will assist with luggage (or bicycles) at the destination.
