Trastevere After Dark Enjoy the Roman Aperitivo Like a Local

Leave the classic aperitivo behind and discover how a real Roman pre-dinner gathering comes to life in the heart of Trastevere. Not just a simple food tour, but a very Roman way to start the evening, with iconic flavors, toasts, and that spontaneous atmosphere that makes this neighborhood unique.

Meet your host and start the pre-party with a toast based on a carefully selected craft beer. Continue with a tasting of two icons of Roman street food, selected in places chosen for the quality and character of their products.

Then it's time to get involved in the energy of the neighborhood. Toast with the group and experience the lively atmosphere of Trastevere as the evening unfolds.

But the Roman preserata is not made only of what you eat or drink. It is being together, joking, meeting new people, and letting yourself be carried away by the atmosphere of Trastevere as the neighborhood changes its face with the arrival of evening.

The journey continues through the streets of Trastevere, between energy, conviviality, and authentic Roman atmosphere. This is the spirit of Trastevere After Dark, the right way to kick off the evening in Rome.
