For hotel pickups, please wait at the main entrance or reception area at your confirmed pickup time. For private accommodation or residential pickups, please provide your full address when booking. Airport travelers should provide their flight details so that the appropriate pickup arrangements can be confirmed. Exact pickup instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation.
What to expect
Travel privately in a Toyota Quantum GL passenger van reserved exclusively for your group. This is a direct private transfer, so you will not share the vehicle with other travelers or make scheduled passenger collection stops along the way.
Your driver travels directly to Sun City Resort, with the journey typically taking approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on your pickup location and traffic conditions. On arrival, you will be dropped off at your selected Sun City hotel, resort accommodation, or agreed drop-off point.
Transfers originating at Sun City are also available when Sun City is selected as your pickup area, with drop-off at the applicable Johannesburg, Sandton or airport destination selected when booking.
