Arrival in Urumqi - Hotel Check-in

Upon your arrival in Urumqi, airport pick-up will be arranged to transfer you to the hotel. Only airport transfer service is provided today; no other tourist vehicle service is available. If you arrive in Urumqi before 20:00, you may visit the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar on your own.

Day 2
Urumqi - Duku Highway - Narat Town

When Duku Highway is open, we will take National Highway 217 (Duku Highway). When Duku Highway is closed, we will take National Highway 218. Only vehicles with 7 seats or less are permitted on Duku Highway. If your booked itinerary uses a vehicle with more than 7 seats, we can only travel to Narat Town via National Highway 218, including the segment of Duku Highway between Narat Town and Bayinbulak. Upon arrival in Narat Town, check in to the hotel.

Narat Town - Narat Scenic Area - Xinyuan County

After breakfast, drive to Sayram Lake Scenic Area. We arrange in-scenic driving, where our driver will take you inside the lake area. You will have roughly 6 hours for sightseeing at Sayram Lake, then proceed to Jinghe County for hotel check-in.

Jinghe County - World Devil City - Urho

Hemu - Ahe Highway - Beitun

You may get up early to go to the Hemu viewing platform for sunrise with stunning scenery. Afterwards, we drive to Beitun City. We prefer taking the Ahe Highway for its beautiful views, though this road may be closed occasionally. In case of road closure, we will take an alternative route to Beitun City.

Beitun - Tianshan Heavenly Lake

Today’s driving time is lengthy. We will have lunch on the way or you may bring your own snacks. Sightseeing at Tianshan Heavenly Lake Scenic Area lasts around 4 hours, then return to Urumqi and check in to the hotel.

Airport drop-off will be arranged according to your flight schedule. If your flight departs after 18:00 Beijing Time and you need to stay at the hotel after 16:00, an extra room fee will apply. The standard check-out time for hotels in Xinjiang is generally 14:00.
