Inside the winery, we will explore their artisanal winemaking techniques, discussing organic practices and specific methods. The visit culminates in an exclusive tasting led by a sommelier, featuring a curated flight of premium organic wines that allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the region's terroir.

    MAAL Wines is a truly unique boutique project born from a singular passion: making strictly 100% Malbec wines. Here, you will see how one grape variety can express dramatically different profiles depending on the terroir and winemaking techniques. Beyond the wine, MAAL is an architectural marvel built entirely from recycled scrap metal, creating a stunning contrast against the backdrop of the Andes.

    For your lunch break, we will visit one of Luján de Cuyo's winery restaurants, carefully selected based on the day's flow and seasonal availability. Depending on the schedule, we might dine at the boutique estate of craft winemaker Manuel Mas, enjoy the cozy atmosphere at Dante Robino, or visit the renowned Ramos Generales at Kaiken winery. Please note: I will pre-arrange the table reservation to ensure seamless service, but food and wine are ordered à la carte and paid directly by you at the restaurant.
