Discover Panama's rainforest, Canal and highlands on a private seven-day journey. This is a sample itinerary: activities, routes and pace can be adapted to guests' preferences and riding ability. The final programme and any price changes are agreed before booking, subject to availability.
Explore Pipeline Road, the Rainforest Discovery Center and Miraflores, then El Valle for Chorro El Macho ziplining and three E-MTB outings around Cerro La Silla, La India Dormida and Cerro Gaital. Ride a Specialized Turbo Levo 4 with two expert guides. Permitted cycling routes and hiking sections are agreed in advance; summit bike access is not promised. Weather may affect activities.
The sample has three nights each in Panama City and El Valle. Transfers and ride refreshments are included. Hotels, other meals, admissions and park/trail fees are separate; route fees are confirmed before booking.
Request departures at least 30 days ahead. Manual booking confirmation is required within 48 hours.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
On day 1, we meet you at Tocumen International Airport and transfer you to your chosen Panama City hotel. Guests already in Panama City may arrange hotel pickup. Airport pickup and the day 7 return transfer are coordinated around your arrival and departure flights; there is no fixed midnight pickup. Scheduled outings include hotel pickup and return, and we coordinate the Panama City-El Valle transfers and bicycle transport. Please provide flight details and your hotel addresses. Request your departure at least 30 days in advance; the final programme and pickup times are confirmed with your group.

1Panama City
Welcome to Panama. Meet your driver at the airport and transfer to your chosen hotel in Panama City. Depending on your arrival time, settle in and explore Casco Viejo at your own pace, with its colourful streets, historic plazas, specialty coffee and views over the bay. Meet your guide for a short welcome briefing to review the week and prepare for the rides ahead. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Panama City; the hotel is booked and paid for separately by guests. Meals, drinks and attraction tickets are also paid separately. Timing is coordinated around your flight.

2Panama Rainforest Discovery Center
Rainforest Discovery. Leave the bikes behind for a guided walk along a section of Pipeline Road (Camino del Oleoducto), near Gamboa in Soberania National Park. Walk at an unhurried pace while looking for birds and other wildlife. Continue to the Panama Rainforest Discovery Center to explore forest trails, watch hummingbirds and, if you wish, climb its 32-metre observation tower for a view above the canopy. Allow around 2-3 hours for the morning walking and nature stops. Transport and guiding are included; admission tickets and lunch are paid separately.

3Miraflores Visitor Center
Miraflores Visitor Center. After a lunch break, visit the Panama Canal's Pacific-side locks to discover how ships are raised and lowered between oceans. The visit is planned around expected ship transits and the IMAX film about the Canal's history and operation; actual transits depend on the day's schedule. Return to your Panama City hotel in the late afternoon. Transport and guiding are included; admission tickets and lunch are paid separately. Overnight in Panama City, with the hotel booked and paid for by guests.

4El Chorro Macho
Transfer to El Valle de Anton in the morning and settle into your chosen hotel before an afternoon at Canopy Adventure in the forest around Chorro El Macho. Begin with a guided uphill forest walk to the first platform, then glide through the treetops using the operator's protective equipment, with views of the ravine and waterfall. Allow around 2-3 hours for the canopy experience and wear fully enclosed sports shoes. Ziplining depends on weather and the operator's schedule; admission is paid separately. Enjoy the remaining time at leisure. Overnight in El Valle de Anton, with the hotel booked and paid for by guests.

5El Valle de Anton
Enjoy a morning E-MTB ride in the Cerro La Silla area, with time to pause for views and photographs. Your guide adapts the route, pace and duration to your riding experience, the group's ability and permitted access. Return for lunch at your own expense and enjoy a free afternoon in El Valle. Overnight in El Valle de Anton, with the hotel booked and paid for by guests. The outing duration is approximate and confirmed with your group.

Explore the surroundings of La India Dormida on a morning outing tailored to your group. The exact E-MTB route and any sections on foot are agreed before booking, according to permitted access and riding ability. Bicycle access to the summit is not promised. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure in El Valle. Overnight in El Valle de Anton, with the hotel booked and paid for by guests. Meals and any park or trail access fees are paid separately. The outing duration is approximate and confirmed with your group.

7El Valle de Anton
Set out for a morning outing in the Cerro Gaital area. The E-MTB route and any hiking sections are confirmed before booking, according to permitted access and the group's ability; bicycle access to the summit is not promised. Checkout and luggage are coordinated before the outing. After lunch at your own expense, transfer back to Panama City in the afternoon. Overnight in Panama City, with the hotel booked and paid for by guests. Any park or trail access fees are paid separately. The morning outing duration is approximate and confirmed with your group.
