Note: Whale shark encounters take place in a strictly regulated protected area that opens only when 10+ sharks are present, capped at 14 boats. Slots are assigned daily by the municipality, so activity order and times can’t be guaranteed. Please stay flexible.

Leaving the marina, we set sail across the Bay of La Paz, keeping an eye out for dolphins and local marine life. As we navigate toward Espíritu Santo Island, we stop at iconic landmarks including Balandra Bay, the famous Mushroom Rock, and Isla Gaviota to spot nesting blue-footed boobies. On the scenic 90-minute cruise to Los Islotes, enjoy the dramatic volcanic landscapes of Espíritu Santo Island and dive into the rich history of the historic "Island of Pearls." At Los Islotes, home to a wild colony of over 550 California sea lions, you’ll snorkel alongside curious, playful sea lion pups and explore vibrant reefs teeming with colorful tropical fish. After snorkeling, we set up a fresh beachside picnic at a secluded island cove where you can enjoy fresh ceviche, relax on the sand, or explore the reef. We wrap up our epic day by heading to the protected whale shark sanctuary to swim with the largest fish in the ocean. Guests enter the water in small groups of two with our expert guide.
