Phil the Flavours, private chef and Quebec culinary creator, welcomes you to his home for a four-course dinner inspired by local, seasonal products and some boreal flavors.

Between the services, Phil shares the story of the ingredients, his inspirations, and some of the techniques behind the dishes. More than just a meal at a restaurant, it's an opportunity to meet other guests and experience a real Montreal evening around the table.
