Pickup is provided directly from your hotel, residence, airport, or cruise port in Dubai.

Once we receive your booking, we will instantly contact you via your provided email and WhatsApp to confirm your booking and pickup time, and assign your private vehicle with a professional driver/guide. On the day of the tour, your driver/guide will meet you in the hotel lobby or designated pickup point and will contact you via WhatsApp upon arrival.

Drop-off is included back to your original pickup location or a nearby point along the return route. Additional travel outside the standard route will not be covered; please confirm any alternative drop-off points with your guide during the tour.
