The price is fixed when you book, so there are no meters, surge pricing or surprise parking charges. We track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting, so a delay never costs you extra. We're a local Poole company, so our drivers know Bournemouth, Christchurch and Sandbanks well, including the Sandbanks ferry and local roads. Child seats are free, larger vehicles are available for families and groups, and every driver is licensed and DBS-checked.

Meeting and pickup
Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of your Heathrow terminal, holding a name board with your name. We track your flight, so if it lands early or late your driver is still there. Up to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing is included. You will receive your driver's name and phone number before you travel. Please add your flight number when booking.

When you come through into the arrivals hall at your Heathrow terminal, your driver will be waiting with a name board showing your our company name Sandbanks Chauffeurs. Up to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing is included, so take your time with passport control and baggage.
Your driver helps with your luggage and walks you to the car, a clean, comfortable estate car or larger vehicle depending on your group size. Child seats are fitted in advance if requested.
The route is direct, via the M25, M3 and M27 to Dorset, with no shared stops or other passengers. If you need a short comfort break, just ask your driver.
Your driver takes you door to door to your hotel, holiday home or any address in Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch or Sandbanks, and helps unload your luggage.
