What to expect
Confirmation and Assignment: Upon payment confirmation, we issue your Official Reservation Form and assign the executive driver, whose details (name, license plates, and vehicle) we will share with you prior to the service.
Monitoring and Reception: Your driver monitors your flight in real time. 15 minutes before the scheduled time, he will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate the meeting at the airport or at the hotel with your personalized sign. Once gathered, the driver will assist him with the luggage.
