Regarding hotel pickup, the driver will contact you 30 minutes beforehand to give you a chance in case there are any setbacks.

4. VIP Reception (Meet & Greet):
At airports, the driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name (includes up to 60 minutes of free waiting). At hotels or residences, the driver will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time in the lobby or main door (includes up to 15 minutes of free waiting time).
5. Boarding and Comfort On Board:
The driver will assist him with his luggage and welcome him aboard our executive unit equipped with air conditioning, leather seats, complimentary water, mints, Wi-Fi, and chargers for his devices.
