A sport fishing trip exclusively in the sea, guided by a family fishing lodge located only 5 minutes from Puerto Varas. We combine two scenarios in the same service: the open sea of the Pacific and the protected waters of the southern interior sea of Chile. The guides know the strategic points of each zone and choose the day's destination according to the season, the tide, and the sea conditions to give you the best opportunities to catch tuna, sierra, corvina, and Chinook salmon. Each trip is personalized, for beginners or experienced fishermen, and includes equipped boat, all gear, fishing license, and box lunch on board.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We are located at Wild River Lodge, Parcel 4 Las Lomas, Route V - 590 km 1, on the banks of the Maullín River and 5 minutes from Puerto Varas. There is free parking at the lodge. Your guide will wait for you at the entrance.
What to expect
We start at Wild River Lodge, only 5 minutes from Puerto Varas. From there we travel by vehicle to the boarding point and set out in an equipped vessel to the best destination of the day: the open Pacific or the protected waters of the inner sea, chosen according to the season, the tide, and the sea conditions.
For 7 to 8 hours you will fish with expert local guides who know every strategic point of the coast. Depending on the season, we will go looking for tuna, sierra, corvina, and Chinook salmon. The guides will help you improve your technique, whether you are starting or already have experience.
We provide all the fishing gear, life jackets and safety equipment, recreational fishing license, box lunch on board, and hydration. You just have to come and enjoy.
