We are a family fishing lodge just 5 minutes from Puerto Varas and Lake Llanquihue, and fishing is the passion. Local guides know where and when to look for trout and salmon in the lake in each season, and choose the sectors of the day according to the wind and conditions to give you the best catching opportunities. You will fish in a unique setting, with the volcanoes Osorno and Calbuco in front of you. Each session is private and personalized, for both beginners and experienced fishermen.

We are located at Wild River Lodge, Parcel 4 Las Lomas, Route V - 590 km 1, on the banks of the Maullín River and 5 minutes from Puerto Varas. There is free parking at the lodge. Your guide will wait for you at the entrance; if you have doubts on how to get there.

What to expect

Experience a full day of guided sport fishing on Lake Llanquihue, the second largest lake in Chile, with the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes in the background.

We start at Wild River Lodge, only 5 minutes from Puerto Varas. From there we travel by vehicle to the boarding point and set out in an equipped boat to the best sectors of the lake, chosen according to the season, the wind, and the conditions of the day.

For 7 to 8 hours you will fish with expert local guides who know every strategic point of the lake. We will look for rainbow trout, fario trout, Atlantic salmon, Pacific salmon, and Chinook salmon. The guides will help you improve your technique, whether you are starting or already have experience.

We provide all the fishing gear, life jackets, and safety equipment, in addition to box lunch and hydration. You just have to come and enjoy.
