The day begins with a guided visit of Montserrat, a mountain sanctuary that has welcomed pilgrims for over a thousand years. You will explore the Monastery and the Basilica with your local guide and visit the throne of La Moreneta (the Black Madonna), patroness of Catalonia, without waiting in queue.

The tour then heads into the Catalan wine country to Bages 964, a gourmet restaurant surrounded by the vineyards of the D.O. Pla de Bages, with a 10th-century medieval castle and its historic winery within the same area.
