For the Street Food + Michelin option, you will visit trusted local eateries to sample Hanoi’s signature street food, with one or two MICHELIN Guide–listed restaurant stops included as highlights. These Michelin stops create contrast, showing how familiar local flavors are presented at a more refined level. For the Michelin-Focused Dining option, the experience places a stronger emphasis on restaurants listed in the MICHELIN Guide, while still maintaining a balanced flow of tasting stops and cultural exploration. For both options, your guide shares stories about ingredients, cooking traditions, and the city’s history during short walks between stops.
