- For group visits of more than 100 pax on the same day, shall inform LSHSM at least 2 working days in advance. LSHSM reserves its right to refuse entry to such Customers if such prior written notice has not been provided to LSHSM.

- Once your ticket is scanned, visit the KL Tower ticket counter to get a reschedule slip.
- Rescheduling is allowed within 7 days of your original visit.
- No cash refunds will be given in case of rain.
