- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (last session at 8:30 PM); Weekends, Public & School Holidays: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (last session at 8:30 PM).
- Junior Kart: Minimum 9 years old and 130 cm; designed for children with easier control; max speed 30 km/h; may race with Dual Karts but not Senior Karts.
- Senior Kart: Minimum 9 years old and 140 cm; offers better acceleration for thrill seekers; max speed 30 km/h; not raced with Junior or Dual Karts.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your race for the mandatory safety briefing.

- Remove accessories that may limit movement before entering the track.
- Closed-toe shoes are required; heels, slippers, sandals, open-toe, and platform shoes are not allowed.
- Free closed-toe shoe rentals are available at HyperDrive.
- Wearing a balaclava is mandatory and included with your ticket (you may bring your own).
- Safety helmets are required and provided by HyperDrive, with sizes (XS–XXL) assigned by staff.
