- Flyers must be at least 7 years old and meet weight limits (max 120kg under 1.8m / 140kg over 1.8m).
- Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
- A completed AltitudeX waiver form is required before flying.
- Participants under 18 must have signed consent from a parent or guardian.
- Arrive 1 hour before flight time for check-in, training, and gear preparation.
- Bring a valid Photo ID or Passport (digital or physical copy) for verification.
- Dress comfortably; skirts and dresses are not recommended.
- Long hair should be tied up to prevent tangling during flight.
- Wear well fitted laced up sneakers/shoes so that they can be tightened before the flight. They are available for rent at S$4.00 with a pair of AltitudeX Socks.
- Remove all accessories including jewelry, watches, and bracelets before flying.
- Lockers are available for rent onsite and Photography or videography is strictly prohibited in front of the wind tunnel.
