- Children between 85 cm and 120 cm tall must ride with a paying qualified adult
- Companion tickets for accompanying adults can be purchased on site
- Closed-toe shoes are required and helmets must be worn at all times
- Luge and Skyride operations may be suspended due to adverse weather conditions
- Ticket collection and attraction entry are at the same location
- Tickets can be collected from 10:00 to 18:00
- Last attraction admission is at 18:30
- Skyride operates from 11:00 to 18:00 with the last ride at 17:50
- Advance booking is recommended for weekends and Korean public holidays due to high visitor demand
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the Skyride or luge tracks
