- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of entry, though staff will try to accommodate you where possible.
- Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear are recommended. Hats or caps should be removed when using the VR headset.
- Bags and backpacks are not allowed during the experience and must be stored in the lockers provided.
- Service dogs are permitted for seated experiences only to ensure safety during multi-user VR sessions.
- The use of flash photography and tripods is strictly prohibited.
- Adult tickets are for guests 18 years and above, child tickets for ages 10–17, and senior tickets for ages 60 and above.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
