Unlike standard winery visits, this experience takes place in an exclusive underground sanctuary that is never open to the public. Access is by private reservation only, meaning your group will have the entire space — and a dedicated sommelier — entirely to yourselves.
The wines you will taste are grown in one of the most extraordinary terroirs on earth: volcanic soil at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, where centuries of eruptions have created a mineral richness that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
With a maximum of 8 guests per session, intimacy is guaranteed. This is not a group tour — it is a personal, unhurried journey through volcanic wine culture, led by an expert who is there for you alone.

What to expect
Your private sommelier will greet you and introduce the experience, sharing the story of our volcanic vineyards and the native grape varieties that make this terroir unique in the world.
The tasting begins with a refined antipasto of local Campanian ingredients, setting the tone for the journey ahead. Your sommelier will then guide you through five of the estate's finest wines — one at a time, with detailed tasting notes, food pairing suggestions, and the history behind each label and vintage.
The experience closes with a carefully paired dessert and a final wine — a quiet, memorable moment before returning to the world above.
Throughout the experience, you are free to ask questions, linger over a glass, and simply enjoy the atmosphere of one of the most intimate wine spaces in Southern Italy.
