14.45: Do kayaking to explore amazing place in Halong bay where is the best place for kayaker, this is the most beautiful lagoons in Ha Long bay as well.
15.30: Visiting Titop island: swimming or climbing up to the top & enjoy amazing Panorama views of Halong bay.
16:15: Cruising back to habour. Enjoy amazing sunset & landscapes on the way back.
17:30 -18.00: Disembark Halong bay habour. Transfer back to Hanoi (on request)

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
- 8.30 AM is price option which is included in shuttle bus from Hanoi old quarter, we can pick up hotels in Hanoi old quarter or Hanoi Opera house from 8.00-8.40AM depending the locations (don't pick up from outside of Hanoi old quarter) - 12.00PM is price option which is not included in shuttle bus/ transfers to & from habour. This option for customers who depart from the Tuan Chau Marina habour. We don't have pick up services in Halong city but if customers book this 12.00PM option & want to book transfers services (Private car, no shuttle bus), pls contact us in advance to get the extra price information. - If customer's international cruise ship habour is Halong international cruise port -> We can arrange the cruise trip at the same habour, customers just need walk from their cruise ship to our point at 12.00PM (just 5 minutes) Please contact in advance by email or hotline to confirm!

- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 7.50-8.40AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.
- Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
- We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
- Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
- If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
- Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
- Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
