What to expect
Private transport for up to 4 passengers from the airport to any location in and around London and return.
You will be greeted by the driver at Arrivals, with your name displayed on a board.
Flights are monitored and the driver's details will be provided in advance.
Please select your preferred pick up time allowing approximately 30 minutes to clear Passport Control and baggage claim.
When going to the airport, it is recommended to select your pick up time at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.
Booking a wrong vehicle type may result in non refundable late cancellation.
Waiting charges: First 15 minutes after your selected pick up time are free, after that waiting charges may apply.
• Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service.
• Photographs are intended to illustrate vehicle type only. Your vehicle may differ from what is pictured.
• When purchasing the voucher, a phone number (with area code) and email address for the passenger must be provided in order to confirm the reservation, otherwise the voucher may be invalidated.
