Become a true rakija connoisseur on this one-of-a-kind hedonistic journey, where you'll learn about its rich history, the distillation process, and the proper way to enjoy it—from a professional gourmet curator.
You’ll taste five distinct types of local rakija: loza (grape), šljivovica (plum), jabukovača (apple), dunja (quince), and a sweet liqueur made from walnuts. Each rakija will be paired with carefully selected gourmet bites—Bosnian cheeses, cured meats, and dried fruits—chosen to complement the flavor profile of each spirit.
