Your experience begins with a transfer from Saariselkä to a traditional local reindeer farm, where you’ll be welcomed and provided with warm winter adventure gears to keep you comfortable throughout the journey. After meeting the reindeer and receiving a short safety introduction, you’ll set off on a peaceful 45-minute reindeer sleigh ride through quiet forest landscapes, traveling at a gentle pace while soaking in the beauty and silence of Lapland’s winter wilderness. Following the ride, you’ll have time to feed the reindeer, take photos, and enjoy close-up encounters with these iconic Arctic animals.
