This service offers 24/7 transfers from Tocumen Airport to Colon Cuise Port(Colon 2000 or Cristobal) or any Hotel in Colon Downtown, excluding Melia Panama Canal. Copa, United, Air France, or KLM: Your driver will be waiting outside of Customs in Terminal 2, holding a sign with your name.

All Other Airlines: Your driver will meet you outside of Customs in Terminal 1, holding a sign with your name.

Important Note: If you are traveling without checked luggage, you may occasionally be directed to exit through Terminal 1 regardless of your airline. If this happens, please walk to Terminal 2 or contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp so your driver can relocate to meet you.

Note: Free Wi-Fi is available for one hour throughout the airport to help you stay connected.
This transfer does not do pickups from Colon 2000 Cruise port

What to expect

This service provides 24/7 transfers from Tocumen Airport or Panama City Downtown to Colon 2000 or Cristobal port or any hotel in Colon downtown, excluding Melia Panama Canal, Shelter bay or Linton bay Marina. This is a private transfer by an air-conditioned vehicle. Please notice that we do not do pickups from Colon 2000 Cruise Port.

Your driver will be waiting for you as soon as you exit customs, holding a sign with your name. As soon as contact is made and the reservation is verified, the driver will bring the vehicle and take you to your destination, while you sit back and relax.

Your driver will track your flight online to make sure your car is ready as soon as you arrive. There will be no additional fees if your flight is delayed. This transfer is for a maximum of 5 people per vehicle.

One suitcase and one carry on bag per passenger, excess of baggage fee might apply.
