Arrival Instructions:
Copa, United, Air France, or KLM: Your driver will be waiting outside of Customs in Terminal 2, holding a sign with your name.
All Other Airlines: Your driver will meet you outside of Customs in Terminal 1, holding a sign with your name.
Important Note: If you are traveling without checked luggage, you may occasionally be directed to exit through Terminal 1 regardless of your airline. If this happens, please walk to Terminal 2.
Note: Free Wi-Fi is available for one hour throughout the airport to help you stay connected.
If you need pickup from the Marina, please provide the pickup time, it is about 2.5 hours ride.
What to expect
Your driver will be waiting for you as soon as you exit customs, holding a sign with your name. As soon as contact is made and the reservation is verified, the driver will bring the vehicle and take you to your destination, while you sit back and relax.
Your driver will track your flight online to make sure your car is ready as soon as you arrive. There will be no additional fees if your flight is delayed. This transfer is for a maximum of 5 people per vehicle.
One suitcase and one carry on bag per passenger, excess of baggage fee might apply.
