Arrival Instructions:
Copa, United, Air France, or KLM: Your driver will be waiting outside of Customs in Terminal 2, holding a sign with your name.
All Other Airlines: Your driver will meet you outside of Customs in Terminal 1, holding a sign with your name.
Important Note: If you are traveling without checked luggage, you may occasionally be directed to exit through Terminal 1 regardless of your airline. If this happens, please walk to Terminal 2 or contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp so your driver can relocate to meet you.
Note: Free Wi-Fi is available for one hour throughout the airport to help you stay connected.
If you need Pickup from your hotel, please provide pickup time, it is about 1 hour ride.
What to expect
Meeting instructions:
If you fly with COPA, Air France or KLM: a Driver waits out of customs at terminal 2 holding a sign with your name on it. When you travel without luggage, sometimes you are allowed to exit by Terminal 1, If that is the case, please walk to Terminal 2 or let us know via WhatsApp, so the driver can meet you there.
Other airlines: Driver waits out of customs at terminal 1 holding a sign with your name on it.
If you can not find the driver, WhatsApp us, You can use 30 minutes free WIFI at the airport.
Drivers are not allowed to stop between point A and point B during the transfer.
Your driver will track your flight online to make sure your car is ready as soon as you arrive. There will be no additional fees if your flight is delayed. This transfer is for a maximum of 5 people per vehicle.
