A hands-on and fun experience to learn how to make fresh Tuscan pasta from scratch, following traditional techniques passed down through generations.
During the class, you will work with simple ingredients such as flour and water to prepare pici, tagliatelle, or other traditional pasta shapes. Step by step, you will make two different types of pasta and pair them with classic Tuscan sauces, such as meat ragù, garlic tomato sauce (aglione), or cacio e pepe.
At the end of the class, you will sit down to enjoy the meal you have prepared, accompanied by a glass of local wine, in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
The experience is suitable for children, with vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options available upon request.
