Explore the historical center of Porto on a guided walking tour. Meet your local guide and discover the neighborhood of Sé. Get lost in the small alleys and narrow streets of the medieval part of the city. After that, make your way to the most beautiful train station in the country. On the way, discover where the city's nightlife takes place.

Next, marvel at some beautiful art nouveau buildings until you reach the famous Lello Bookshop. Discover one of the oldest bookstores in Portugal rated among the top bookstores in the world.

After that, pass by Clérigos Tower. This church can be seen from various points of the city and is one of its most characteristic symbols. Finally, get an astonishing panoramic view of the downtown, the river, and Vila Nova de Gaia.

At the end of the tour, hang out with your group and enjoy a little surprise. You'll also enjoy a picnic box with bread, cheese, hams, fruit, 1 bottle of wine, Portuguese pastries, and a traditional Portuguese picnic blanket.

    Sao Bento Railway Station

    São Bento Station, and originally Porto Central Station, is an interface of the Minho Line, which serves the city of Porto, in Portugal. Located in Praça de Almeida Garrett, in the Historic Center of Porto, the station has established itself as one of the main monuments in the city, being especially famous for its tile panels. The French-influenced building is the work of the Porto architect José Marques da Silva. The station entered service, provisionally, on 8 November 1896, and was only officially opened on 5 October 1916

    Livraria Lello

    Livraria Lello is classified as a Monument of Public Interest, and on the way to becoming a National Monument, Livraria Lello preserves the original beauty of its building. The neo-Gothic facade, the iconic red staircase, the emblematic stained glass window and the shelves full of books from the most diverse periods and in different languages have attracted thousands of visitors. As one of the oldest Portuguese bookstores, and due to its unique historical and artistic value, Livraria Lello has been recognized as one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world by several personalities and entities, such as the Spanish writer Enrique Vila-Matas, the British newspaper The Guardian, the television station CNN, and the Australian travel guide publisher Lonely Planet. The Travel + Leisure magazine also placed Livraria Lello at the top of the list of the "coolest" bookstores in the world.

    Cais da Ribeira

    Considered one of the oldest squares in the city, Praça and Cais da Ribeira were already mentioned in royal charters from 1389. Of medieval origin, when there was already a great economic activity there, due to the presence of a port a few kilometers from the mouth of the river. Douro river, was an area of intense commerce, with sales tents and a fish auction.

It is located adjacent to the Cathedral of Porto and, due to its elevated position, dominates the landscape of the historic center of Porto. The Paço Episcopal do Porto has been classified as a National Monument since 1910.

    Miradouro is the Portuguese word for viewpoint, and the Miradouro da Vitória is perhaps the best known of these in Porto. The view over the Ribeira from here is a great way to take in some of the main sights of the city; the Dom Luis bridge, the Se, and Bishop's Palace all stand out above the patchwork of terracotta roofs below.

    The Church of the Carmelites began to be built in 1616 and was completed in 1628. The interior decoration would only be ready in 1650. It was classified as a National Monument on May 3, 2013, together with the Igreja do Carmo built after the from 1752, both Churches being joined by the so-called Casa Escondida do Porto, just over a meter wide. The church belonged to the extinct convent, now occupied by the Republican National Guard.
