Ritsurin Park in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, is the largest garden designated as a cultural asset in Japan.
This Japanese garden was awarded the highest rating of three stars in the French travel guidebook Michelin-Green Guide-Japon, meaning ‘worth the bother of a trip’.

What to expect

If you come to this special place, we highly recommend that you come dressed in kimono and take a walk in the Japanese garden.
We have several kimono designs available. Let's choose the kimono that suits you best together.
Dressing takes approximately 30 minutes.
Our kimono rental facility is located very close to Ritsurin Park, so you can walk to the park after getting dressed.

Afterwards, in about 1~3.5 hours, enjoy a walk through the Japanese gardens to your heart's content in your kimono and take your own photos at various locations.

If you like, for an extra fee, you can have a cup of green tea(Matcha) in this park, or take a ride on a Japanese boat, and have your photo taken with it.

Whether you are travelling alone, with family, or with special someone, this will be a perfect memento of your visit to Japan.

*In addition, a professional photographer can be arranged for approximately 5,000 yen per hour. Photographs taken will be retouched and provided as electronic data.
