ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT: Our driver, will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal with your name on a sign immediately after exiting the baggage claim area, will wait for you for a maximum of 1 hour from the actual disembarkation of the flight if you have not been notified of your delay for this is why it is extremely important to call or text your driver (you can request the number the day before the transfer) to let him know that you have landed. ARRIVAL AT THE TRAIN STATION: Our driver will be waiting for you at platform 24 inside the station, with your name on a sign. ARRIVAL AT THE PORT: Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival terminal with your name on a sign, immediately after exiting the passenger exit.
What to expect
The destination can be any hotel in Rome or Fiumicino International airport.
Transfer services are available all year round, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from / to any location within the city of Naples (e.g. Naples Capodichino Airport, cruise terminal of the port of Naples included, station Naples railway and hotel in Naples) and to Rome.
NB:
1) Parking and check-points, where provided, are not included in the estimates, as they vary from place to place and according to the size of the vehicle.
2) in the event that your location is not reachable by car / van (e.g. pedestrian areas), the driver will stop as close as possible to your address.
The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable about the region; they wear formal clothes and speak different languages. This is a private transfer, which means you will not be sharing the vehicle with anyone other than your booking.
